1. Pets and domestic animals
No advertising is allowed for protected or predator species. Nor can you advertise animals that need special permits under applicable law, unless clearly specified in the text is that the seller has the necessary permits and that the documentation is in order and in accordance with current legislation.
Following recommendations from veterinarians, ads are not accepted puppies too young. Cats announced must be over 6 weeks and dogs must be at least 8 weeks of age.
Notices of sale of animals in Catalonia and Valencia should comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 2 / 2008, dated 15 April, which approved the revised text of the law on protection of animals and Law 4 / 1994, eight in July and its Decree 145/2000 of 26 September, animal protection, applicable to Catalonia and Valencia respectively.

2. Cars
In the car category you can only advertise vehicles, parts and accessories for cars and motorcycles.
Advertised vehicles must have Spanish registration. Otherwise it is necessary to indicate the vehicle has the necessary permissions for use on Spanish roads.

3. Real Estate
The property must be published in the locality in which it is located, regardless of the location of the advertiser.

As a general rule you are not allowed to publish, buy or sell goods or services that are illegal to possess, buy or sell in Spain, or which have not been bought or sold in accordance with applicable laws.
