My experience with Alsol2000 is horrible. They all seem nice at first but the fat belgian owner is a wolf in sheep's clothes. They have the principle "When you have signed you are screwed" and never give you help or return your calls anymore. They showed me a building license, that was fake and I have my doubts about the bungalows they sell on their site. I see nothing being built and doubt they have licenses. Of course they do take your money when they have the chance. Are there more readers that have the same opinion, for I want to take them to court. Tim McCain

I totally agree with you here. I bought a villa with them. They constructed a platform but soil kept subsiding until it eventually fell through the wall onto our beds at night. I had heartproblems because of all the worries and had to go to hospital. Now I sold the house and live elsewhere. I agree they should be stopped. I must admit the thought had crossed my mind to buy a gun and put a stop to this.

Unfortunately I had also contact with this company. We were trying to build a plot of land and when we asked for the building licence the obese man showed us the licence. He showed it to us a few seconds and then it was gone again. When we asked for it again he didn't want to let us see it saying we would not understand it because it was written in spanish. Luckily my friend speaks spanish very well and he read the document that was an "application" for a license and not the license itself. Furthermore it was not for the plot we wanted, but for another person's plot. We lost all our faith by then and we left. Luckily it seems now. I would advice to be very careful with this company. The office they have looks all very fancy but they are in my opinion NOT to be trusted. If you want more info, please send me an email at all time. Roxy

I also had problems with this company. Me and my boyfriend went to see the obese man. He was from Germany of Belgium I thought. We were interested in a plot and we asked if we could see the building license. He then showed us a document explaining that this was the license for the plot we were interested in. He flashed the document in front of our eyes and it was gone before we could read it. We aked to see it again. It was written in spanish and they did not expect my friend can read spanish. It turned out that the document was only an application for a license and then for another plot than we were looking at.
As we ask for clarification, we were told that we were "troubled" customers and that they preferred not to do business with us. They simply refused to talk to us from then on. As I read now we were lucky to have gotten out without buying something.
Be careful with this company.
