I went to order something from them and was astounded by their terms and conditions which seem to have no regard whatsoever for the law or even just plainly reasonable. How would you feel if you ordered a product from them that would usually have a shelf life of a couple of years or so (soup, jam, most tinned products) and found the use by date was the day after it arrived. According to their terms they are not responsible. I have emailed them about this and they have chosen to ignore my email. I intend to persue the matter further with their local ayuntamiento and pass their details to hacienda just to make sure they are paying their taxes in Spain. Hopefully you will take a look and feel similarly that it is totally unacceptable and remove the link to their site from your website.
