Interesting testimony in the Madrid Train Bombings case

In the Madrid Train Bombings case in the National Court in Madrid on Friday, an Islamist man who has been held prisoner in Spain since 2005 gave interesting evidence.
Kamal Ahbar, who is serving time in Spain having been found guilty of raising money here for terrorist activities, was a personal friend of the three men who escaped capture after the attacks and the explosion at the flat in Leganés in which seven others died.
He claimed that the March 11th 2004 attacks had been planned in Valencia by the police informer Abu Jaber, known as Cartagena, together with a chicken shop owner in Valencia, Safwan Sabagh.
He went on to say that it was indeed carried out by the seven in the Leganés flat, with the three others who had escaped, and that he now thought those men were now also dead. He even said he had been told the details of which man placed which bomb on which train.
