At least 275 more immigrants reach Spanish shores

There were large arrivals on Tenerife and also in Almeria and the Costa del Sol

At least 275 immigrants reached the coasts of Tenerife and Almería yesterday on board patera and cayuco boats.

Two boats arrived in Tenerife and one in Almería.

Among the travellers were some 30 children and several women.

An additional 12 travellers arrived on the beach in Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol.

Nearly all the travellers were in a good state of health, although a few did need hospital treatment to wounds suffered during the crossing.
