Spanish Minister talks up permanent link to Morocco

The Strait of Gibralatar will be the link between Africa and Europe by 2025.
So says Spanish Foreign Minsiter, Miguel Angel Moratinos, who claims that by that date there will be some form of fixed infrastructure and communication between Europe and Africa.
Moratinos wants to present the project for the link at the end of the year at the EU-African Summit.
Describing Africa as a continent forgotten by the EU, Moratinos said that dialogue and a program of action should get underway immediately, over future policy and strategy on security, immigration, energy and health resources.
