Hundreds of fake designer accessories seized in Fuengirola

Fifteen people were arrested in the operation last weekend
It was reported on Wednesday evening that a joint operation by the Civil Guard and Fuengirola local police last weekend has arrested 15 people in an operation against the sale of fake brand name accessories.
Some 2,000 items were seized in two property searches, including copies of accessories produced by Dolce & Gabbana, Christian Dior, Chanel, Gucci and Bulgari. Amongst them were more than one thousand counterfeit designer sunglasses, together with belts, watches and wallets.
The goods were brought in from the Middle East via an un-named European country.
