Ibi burns victim dies in hospital

A man who suffered 80% burns in a fire at his home in Ibi this Sunday has died in hospital. The 41 year old died in La Fe Hospital in Valencia early on Wednesday.
It appears that the fire, which caused two apartment blocks to be evacuated in the town centre, was caused by an exploding gas bottle in the victim’s bedroom.
