Five wards of Ceuta government escape on trip to Algeciras

Five youngsters from a juvenile care centre run by the autonomous government of Ceuta are missing, after escaping while on a trip to Algeciras.
The five, who are all Moroccan and are wards of the city’s government, jumped over the fence of a water park they were visiting on Saturday. They were there with a group of 20 people and were due to return to Ceuta on Saturday night.
The trip was organised by the juvenile department of the government in Ceuta.
