He was threatening to kill his wife and set the house on fire

An Águilas man was arrested after a two hour police siege of his house on Calle Horacio Fernández Inguanzo on Sunday evening, where he threatened to kill his wife and set the house on fire.

La Opinión de Murcia says it happened after an argument with his wife and that he was armed with a shotgun.

Psychologists were called in to try and calm him down and finally managed to convince the un-named man to open a window. The Civil Guard moved in to disarm him and take him into custody.
