Work to restart on Calpe skyscraper hotel

The Environment Ministry is expected to issue a resolution on approval granted to the project

Work is due to restart on Monday on a skyscraper hotel under construction on in Calpe, according to a report in the Sunday edition of Información newspaper.

The paper says the promoter suspended construction during the summer months in line with a local ordinance on noise levels.

The 4 star hotel is planned with 27 floors and was approved under a licence from the Town Hall and the Generalitat, in line with the local development plan. A resolution on the approval given to the project is expected from the Environment Ministry.
