Costa de la Luz

email this article Another immigrant boat was intercepted off the coast of BarbateTwo bodies were discovered on beaches in the Costa de la Luz this weekend, both of them male and both believed to Moroccan.
The first was found on the beach in La Barrosa in Chiclana on Saturday morning, just a short distance from the hotel area of Novo Sancti Petri, La Voz Digital reports. An initial forensic examination indicates that he could have been dead for around three days when he was found. It is believed he may have been a passenger on an immigrant boat which capsized off Conil de la Frontera last Tuesday.
A second body was found on the coast of Barranco Hondo in Tarifa on Saturday afternoon.
Another 38 immigrants including four juveniles were intercepted 12 miles off the coast of Barbate in the early hours of Sunday. All on board were said to be in good health.
