It was not an impressive performance with a single goal coming from Capdevila

Spain beat France at the friendly match held at La Rosaleda in Málaga last night 1-0. The game was part of the side’s preparation for the European Championship, and the goal came from Capdevila. Thierry Henry missed two goals towards the end of the game, and Benzema hit the crossbar.

It was not a good game for Spain, but it is the 13th game for Spain without a loss. Blunt trainer, Luis Aragonés, commented after ‘It’s a win, and that’s that’. He added that he was ‘tremendously happy’ for beating a ‘very difficult’ side.
