A 74 year old woman faces charges of negligent homicide following an argument with a former tenant on a street in Alicante City on Monday, where the man she pushed died after hitting his head against a wall. He was 68 years old and, according to a report in Diario Información, had rented a room from his assailant and is believed to have owed her rent after leaving the property around a month ago.
The incident happened on Calle Teniente Robles at around 1.30 pm on Monday, which it’s understood is the street where the woman lives. She is named by the paper as Gertrudis G.C.
