Cádiz waiter arrested for stabbing a customer he refused to serve

The customer also alleges he was threatened with an air pistol

A waiter at a countryside venta in Vejer has been arrested for stabbing and allegedly threatening to shoot a customer who he had refused to serve.

According to information from central government offices in Cádiz province, it happened last Thursday after the waiter had repeatedly refused to serve the customer, and the two men began to fight. The customer said he was threatened with an air pistol, and needed eight stitches to a knife wound after the waiter stabbed him in the back.

The waiter was arrested on the Friday, and the knife and air pistol were confiscated by arresting officers.
