email this articleThe director has voiced objections about the new planned annexe buildingThe new court building in Alcoy will not be ready for use for at least another year despite the main building being completed last November. The reason for the delay is that the work to build the annexe building has not yet got underway following objections by the director, ‘for professional reasons’.
The new courts are in a refurbished building in the Mare de Déu plaza, and have cost more than 1.2 million €.
