Philippe Donald D.G. made off with 24 million dollars of money invested in his company

The Málaga Provincial Court has issued a search and capture order against a real estate promoter based in Marbella.

Philippe Donald D.G. is wanted for fraud in several countries and has been sentenced to three years six months in prison by the court in Málaga for making off with 24 million dollars from a Swiss bank by using his own investment company, Capital Suisse, based in Marbella.

The money, given as an investment in the company by the Hentsch and Henchoz company, is thought to have ended up in accounts belonging to members of his family based in financial havens.
