The first leg of the semi-final at the Nou Camp ended goalless.

An away goal is being described in the Spanish press this morning as ‘the grand obsession’ for Barcelona who face Manchester United in Old Trafford tonight in the second leg of the Champions League semi final match. The first leg at the Camp Nou last week ended goalless despite the Catalans having most of the play.

‘It’s our opportunity, we have to give it our all’ said the Barça trainer Frank Rijkaard, how added that the side must have the courage to keep the ball and take advantage of the opportunities.

Barça are already out of the league race here in Spain and tonight’s game represents the last chance for the side to pick up some silverware this season.
