Jorge Garbajosa will not be playing in the Beijing Olympics

The Toronto Raptors have prohibited the Spanish ala-pivot, Jorge Garbanjosa, playing for Spain in the Olympic Games in Beijing this summer, after he has missed nearly all of the NBA season because of injury.
The Spaniard has only played six games for the side all season and director of the Raptors, Bryan Colangelo, could not have been clearer.
‘Garbajosa will not play in the Olympic Games will he has a contract with us’.
