Serial dog killer on the loose in Murcia

A serial dog killer is being searched for in Murcia, after a dog had its throat cut while in the facilities of the Amigo Fiel animal protection group in Abarán. The latest case is the ninth in just two months, and there are now only 12 dogs left in the charity pound.
The internet page, Abarán en 7 días, reports that the charity workers have called on the locals for help to find who is carrying out the killings, and are now considering paying for private security guards, although they are short of funds.
