email this article The National Energy Commission has recommended increases of between 19 and 30 percent. The Government has confirmed that electricity prices are set to rise, but the Minister for Industry Tourism and Trade, Miguel Sebastián, has said that the domestic power bill increase will be ‘reasonable’.
