Brakes fail on articulated lorry in Santa Cruz

The driver of an articulated lorry who hit three cars after his brakes failed in a street in Santa Cruz de Tenerife has been arrested. Seven people were slightly injured in the incident on Saturday morning in the Avenida Manuel Rojas.
The City Hall explained that the arrest took place as such large lorries are banned from that part of the city.
