Another child abuse case in Málaga

email this articleA 36 year old Málaga man has been accused of having sex with his girlfriend's 13 year old son.
In what is the second case of child abuse in the province of Málaga in just over two days, a man has been arrested in Málaga accused of having sex with the 13 year old son of his girlfriend.
The Civil Guard has opened a full investigation after the alarm was raised by the child’s school and then his mother. First indications are that the abuse has been ongoing for the past 12 months.
The 36 year old arrested man is from Málaga city and is being held in police custody ahead of appearing in court.
It follows the case of the 32 year old Nerja English teacher from Torrox who has been accused of raping an 11 year old girl from his wife’s family. He has been ordered to prison without bail after admitting the charges against him to the judge.
