All those killed and injured were from the same family and on the coach which was returning from a wedding.
Three people were killed and eleven injured when a coach overturned in Zaragoza on Saturday evening. The coach was returning from a wedding and all those killed and injured are from the same family from Labastida in Álava. One of the injured is said to be in a critical condition.
It was raining heavily at the time of the accident, 8,20pm on the AP68 motorway in Figueruelas in Zaragoza.
There were 18 people travelling on the bus which overturned after hitting a car which had crossed the central reservation.
Police think the car, an Audi A-6, was aquaplaning in the heavy rain. The four occupants of the car escaped unhurt.
Nationally over the weekend 19 people lost their lives on the roads of Spain, 15 fewer than the corresponding weekend last year.
