School building program in Murcia not completed

email this articleOnly seven out of a promised 31 schools and colleges have been built despite the fact that all the money for the program has been spent.
Only seven out of 31 promised schools in the Murcia region have been completed, and only four have come into service.
The 31 colleges were promised in a new construction plan for the years 2005-2008. Sterm Union spokesman, Óscar Urralburu said the construction plan had been a dramatic failure with completion levels not even reaching 30% despite the entire budget of 112 million € being fully spent.
Socialist deputy, Jesús López, has commented that he has asked about the building plan on several occasions, but has never received an answer.
