Luis Martín says he needs 100 litres of donated semen from around the world to create a sphere of cultural brotherhood.

Luis Martín, is an artist from Murcia who says he wants to create ‘a grand 15 metre wide sphere of cultural brotherhood’, which will be filled with 100 litres of donated semen.
He says he will hold his first collection this Sunday on the La Cañada beach in Almería.

He tells 20minutos.es that he is not having any problems with the authorities regarding his plan, and that he is looking for sponsors so that donations can be collected from all over the world.

He says you have to be over 18 to donate and that the semen will be kept in a fridge. He hopes that once completed the sphere will be placed in the Reina Sofia or Thyssen Museums in Madrid. Neither of the two venues has, as yet, made any comment.
