2.7 tons of hashish has been recovered by the authorities in Murcia

The French/Spanish network of eight people stored the drugs in warehouses in Cartagena.
2.7 tons of hashish valued at 3.5 million € has been recovered in Murcia and eight people arrested. Seven Spaniards and a Frenchman are now in custody.
A Spanish/French network of drug runners were storing the drugs brought over from Morocco in warehouses in Cabezo Baeza in Cartagena and also in the Lorquí industrial park ahead of their distribution across Spain and elsewhere in Europe.
The police operation was codenamed ‘Gallo’.
