Man distrubutes videos of his wife having sex with another man

A 39 year old man from Albacete, Javier J.P. has been found guilty in court in the city on charges of ‘unjust vexation’.
The court considered it proved that he gave a friend four CD’s and a DVD recording of his wife having sex with another man, with the intention that the friend would distribute copies among his wife’s friends and family.
The couple were in the process of separation at the time.
The woman’s sister was given one of the recordings and she then made an official complaint to the police.
Penal Court 3 in Albacete ordered the man to 8 days house arrest and to pay the costs of the case. He will also have to pay 3,000 € in compensation to his wife.
