15 year old arrested for hitting his 12 year old girlfriend in Málaga

A 15 year old has been arrested in Málaga accused of mis-treating his 12 year old girlfriend. The accused is charged with hitting his girlfriend in the head and of slapping her in an attack which was witnessed by the girl’s mother in the Plaza de la Merced last Wednesday night.
Local police were in the area and made the arrest, and the victim had a bruise on her neck attended to at the Materno Infantil hospital.
The Prosecutor has called for a supervised release for the alleged attacker.
Despite their youth the couple has been going out for a year together.
