Caught three times driving without a licence

A 23 year old Málaga youth has been stopped by the Local Police in Churriana for the third time, caught driving without a licence. Reports in 20minutos.es say the car was obviously being driven badly with sharp breaking and accelerating movements.
The man will now face charges of dangerous driving. The previous two times the man was stopped, only a moped was involved.
