Bodies of a German woman and her baby found in Els Poblets

Police are investigating the discovery of the bodies of a 27 year old German woman and her one year old baby which were found on Saturday in the bath of their home in Els Poblets, Alicante.
Police say that domestic violence has been ruled out of their investigation as the husband is in prison, and that the bodies are thought to have been there for some three days. Neighbours called the police when they noticed the smell.
Suicide is being investigated as a possibility and an autopsy is to be carried out on Monday.
