Eight people lost their lives in the tragedy, and now sources close to the case told Europa Press that the prosecutor is to charge the captain of the ship, ‘so that all the circumstances can be cleared up’.
The hearing will also see the recordings of the divers who went down to the vessel during the rescue operation.
