117 immigrants arrive overnight on the Canary Islands

Cayuco boats arrived on Tenerife and La Gomera.
More than 110 immigrants have arrived on the Canary Islands overnight in two Cayuco boats. One carrying 60 people of sub-Saharan origin arrived at the port of Los Cristianos on Tenerife, and before that another carrying 57 occupants came ashore on La Gomera in the municipality of Vallehermoso. Two of those on board that vessel showed symptoms of hypothermia and have been taken to hospital.
