Vicente Grande has sold his majority shareholding to British investors led by Paul Davidson.

The DRAC group has reached the principles of an agreement to sell the Real Club Deportivo Mallorca to a British investment group led by Paul Davidson. A statement said the sale had been carried out with the intention of keeping and improving the club’s position in the elite of Spanish and European football.

In effect Vicente Grande has sold his majority shareholding for 42 million € but he will continue as Chairman of the club for at least five more years.

It’s the fourth time that the Mallorca club has changed hands in 15 years.
