The police think that the man was the victim of a family gang of drug traffickers.

Five people will appear in court in Almería shortly in connection with the discovery of the body of a Viator man, now named with the initials J.A.B.L. which was found in a burnt out Audi A4 car close to Gérgal.

Police say that all those arrested are part of a family clan known to be drug traffickers and that they had accused the dead man of the theft of several kilos of hashish.

The body of the victim was found with a bullet wound to the chest in the back of the burnt out car.
