15 evacuated in Benidorm flat fire

email this articleThe fire started in the kitchen of one of the flats in the block, there were no injuries.
15 people had to be evacuated from a three story Benidorm building because of fire yesterday. It happened at 19, Calle de San Roque at 1030 yesterday morning and is thought to have been caused by a woman who was preparing some food.
The local fire service say there were no injuries in the incident which was controlled rapidly, although the woman concerned had to be treated for a nervous attack.
