52,300 new homes to be built in Almería province

Part of the new construction will be of assisted or VOP housing.

Almería province is to see 52,300 new homes under new urban and territorial plans. 38,800 of the homes will be freehold, while 13,500 will be VPO, subsidised housing.

It’s estimated that 190,600 jobs will be created to deal with the construction which is set to take place in both the Levante and Poniente areas of the province with an investment of more than 5 billion €.
