email this article The father of the murdered five year old from Huelva, Mari Luz Cortés, continues to demand that paedophiles serve all their sentences.Juan José Cortes, the father of Mari Luz, the five year old allegedly killed by the paedophile Santiago del Valle in Huelva when the aggressor should have been serving a prison sentence, has welcomed new government plans to create a register of paedophiles.
The plan is also reported to have the support of the leader of the opposition Mariano Rajoy and Cortés says it responds to the reality of the situation.
Cortés said that educational centres should have access to the register to ensure that paedophiles are kept away from children, and he was sure the new legislation would result in many crimes being avoided.
Juan José Cortés meanwhile continues with his demand that paedophiles serve all of the sentence handed down against them, describing them as ‘infantile terrorists’. He also voiced fears that the judge considered to be lacking in the case of his daughter by not forcing Santiago del Valle to prison, Judge Rafael Tirado, could see charges against him as a result dropped.
