Another domestic violence attack and fatality in Spain

There have been more domestic violence attacks in Spain with a woman killed, allegedly at the hands of her partner in a village of Álava province.
The victim died as a consequence of the stab wounds she suffered, and a 72 year old man has been arrested by the regional ‘Ertzaintza’ police. He also has cuts to his hands.
The woman died this morning in Baños de Ebro, according to the EFE news agency.
It comes after two killings on the same day in Cataluña on the fifth of the month when a 26 year old man killed his partner during an argument and another man took the body of his wife to the police station in his car after killing her at home.
More than 1,200 women were attended to in Madrid last year following domestic violence and macho incidents.
