email this article It's thought that José Ignacio de Juana Chaos has been spending time in Ireland since his release from prison in Spain at the start of the month.National Court Judge, Eloy Velasco, has ordered that the ETA activist, José Ignacio de Juana Chaos, be located so that he can be asked a series of questions in San Sebastian.
The high ranking ETA member was released from prison earlier this month after serving 21 years for the killing of 25 people, and is reported to have travelled to Dublin. He faces possible new charges of extolling terrorism in a letter which was read out in public in his name during an event held in San Sebastian on August 2 to celebrate his release. He has to respond to the question if it was he who wrote the letter concerned.
The National Court has acted after receiving three police reports on the matter.
