Rafa Nadal awarded the Prince of Asturias prize for Sport

‘The biggest thing that could happen to me’ is how Rafa Nadal has reacted to the news that he is the winner of this year’s Prince of Asturias Award for Sport.
The tennis player made his comments from New York where he is in the semi finals of the New York Open, and said that he always tried to behave correctly both on and off the tennis court.
‘To get a prize like this in such an important year for Spanish sport is very special’, he said. ‘When they reward you for your human values, you know you are doing things well’.
