Lottery seller searches for lucky ONCE winner in Elche

Francisco Rafael Fournier had paid the woman for an 'integro' in error, instead of winnings of 35,000 Euro.
A deaf and dumb ONCE lottery ticket seller in Elche, Francisco Rafael Fornier, has searched for, and found, a customer whom he paid just 1 € 50 in prize money in error when the ticket handed back was worth 35,000 €.
News of the seller’s professionalism has only just reached the press, but it happened on August 13 with the ticket numbered 24,717.
He searched all the local district until he found the lucky winner and told the press that his behaviour was normal and meant that he could sleep soundly.
