Tomás Olivo says he has never benefitted from Marbella Town Hall

The Murcia businessman, Tomás Olivo, has said that he has not benefitted at all from Marbella Town Hall.
The man who is said to be a close friend of the man at the centre of the Malaya corruption case, Juan Antonio Roca, told the Instruction Court One in the town on Friday, charged with alleged real estate irregularities, that all his actions had been legal and he had never benefitted from the Town Hall.
