The semi-finals against the United States are played in Madrid between the 19th and 21st of September.

Spanish Davis Cup captain, Emilio Sánchez Vicario, has named a team of five for the semi-final against the United States which will be played in Madrid on the 19-21 of this month.

Rafa Nadal, David Ferrer, Fernando Verdasco, Feliciano López are the main four, with Nicolás Almagro named as substitute.
