Reported recovery in Alicante house sales

The Provia real estate promotors association says that a slow recovery has been seen in the province.

The real estate promoters association Provia has announced that it has detected a slow recovery in house sales in the province of Alicante.

Their latest report thinks that flat sales have reached their lowest point and turned the corner with 10% of the stock of housing now being sold. However the new Provia reports also considers that the recovery in sales will be very slow.

Meanwhile the Ministry for Housing released the data for house prices in the third quarter of the year yesterday. It showed house prices were down 1.14% in Alicante, compared to the national fall of 1.3% over the quarter.
