Poor weather continues in the north of the country

The orange alerts for rain and high seas along the entire northern coast of the country remain from the Spanish Meteorological Office today.
There are yellow alerts for possible snow falls in León, Palencia and Burgos, and for high winds in Tarragona and Girona. The snow line will be around 1200 to 1500m.
Lanzarote and Gran Canaria are on yellow alert for high winds and the alerts for high winds remain in Melilla and part of the coastline in Almería.

The unsettled weather and rain continues in the north of the country and indeed moves south today. Only the south of Andalucía and the levante coast will escape the rain, which will also be present on the Balearics, and could be accompanied by hail.

Winds W and NW weak to moderate, with strong gusts in the far NE of the country, on the levante coast and parts of the Andalucian coastline.

Outlook
A partly cloudy weekend for all the holiday coasts but any rain will only be an isolated shower.
An improvement and return to more stable sunshine from Tuesday.
