The case comes as the result of a denuncia which was initially presented by an individual in the Latina area of Madrid. The porn video had been placed online in a file sharing program with the name of an episode of a children’s cartoon series.
Meanwhile new regulations being drawn up in Spain will mean that regional administrations will be able to close down any webpage with content considered to be fraudulent.

It’s one of the measures in the new Ley de Impulso de la Sociedad de la Información, which also obliges all public services, such a phone, power, gas and water companies, together with banks, to allow payment online.
