The man threatened the police with two small and sharp sticks.

The victim, a man of advanced age, fell in the Plaza de la Constitution from the bus he was trying to board, when the aggressor, for no apparent reason, pushed him out of the way.

In the fall the man suffered an important head wound and his under age nephew who witnessed the event had a nervous attack. Both of them were taken to hospital.

The British aggressor was born in 1967 and lived in La Linea, and in addition of threatening two policemen, he had to be reduced to ground as he resisted arrest.

Witnesses have collaborated what the victim told the police about the event.
