Workers are now clearing rubbish in the city centre, La Paz and Cruz de Humilladero. The workers committee has described the move as provocation and blames the City Hall its consequences.

The Limasa strike has entered into a spiral of action and reaction which could lead to unheard of consequences.
A hundred of Limasa workers are picketing the entrance to their premises in Los Ruices rubbish tip trying to stop the loaded lorries from being unloading.

Anti-disturbance units from the National Police are containing the workers and so far the scenes of tension but no violence as yet.
