The public ministry has presented this morning his letter of accusation in the case derived from the criminal complaint made by DIS, the former owner of 40% of the image rights for the player.

In his letter, prosecutor José Perals reclaims a punishment of five years imprisonment for the former president Sandro Rosell for corruption and bribery and a fine of 8.4 million € against the club as a legal person. The public accusation, which managed to reopen the case, after the instruction judge José de la Mato archived it, and called for charges to be lifted from the actual president of Barça Josep María Bartomeu.

National Court judge José de la Mata, processed at the start of November Neymar and Josep María Bartomeu in a cause for the crimes of fraud and corruption between individuals during the signing of the player.

The National Court would have reopened the case last September on the understanding that the 2011 contract when Barça was to pay 40 million € to Neymar, then playing for Santos de Sao Paulo, to assure the signing when the agent released him, not only violated the norms of FIFA, but also affected the free competences between clubs.
